NeoCustoms started out as a simple three-paged website with blogs, backgrounds, and html help. We then re-did the entire website and created NeoNook. With both custom and generic layouts, NeoNook was successful and fun. Recently, we felt that we needed to expand and get organized. Thus, NeoCustoms was created. NeoCustoms was run by one person. My neopets username is laughattack81292. I use paint for most of my layouts (I don't have a very good photoshop program), but they look just as good.
